I WATCHED THE MOVIE IN A SAUNA

I am sure many complaints are coming through of this nature. Myself and Four friends went to watch a movie at the prestige lounge on 23/11/13 at 5pm. I have been a frequent customer of this particular lounge and most times it is freezing cold in this lounge but Saturday it was boiling hot. I could not enjoy the movie, my eyes were tearing as it was so dry, no ventilation, i was sweating and had the WORST movie experience ever. However this being the situation i tried to salvage my bad experience by asking a staff memeber DURING THE MOVIE about the problem. The door to the lounge was closed making it worse (stuffy), what's worse is that the staff knew about it! SHE SAID WE KNOW AND IT TAKES A WHILE FOR THE AIRCON TO COME THROUGH #1 why was it off in the first place and # 2. it did not get any better #3 Noone came to say anything they made us suffer through a more the 2 hr movie. And worst yet they let the next bunch of poor souls watch the next slot in that sauna. Are you so greedy for money that you cannot come up with a contingency plan and torture all your customers. I am apauled by the service, bad staff and management skills. It was a terrible experiance.
