I have already sent in a complaint, without any success. I phoned ticket line several times - no success. I booked 5 tickets for the 15:00 show at Garden Route for "As jy sing" on Sat 23 Nov 13 - 5 of them. I asked the booking system, to send the reference number per email - as I usually did - did not received anyl. Drove through to Garden Route and could not retrieve the tickets, because I paid with Disc miles and did not have the ref number, because the mail did not come through. I ask for assistance, but the manager on duty, Derrick Bokhary, said he could not help if he did not have the ref number.
Because my children really would liked to see the movie, because we drove that far (spend R200 on petrol), we try to book again, the system would not accept our Vit cards - said we already had a reservation. The staff member, tried to explain that to the manager, but he still refuses to either assist, or help us. They could go with me into the cinema, and I would show which seats I booked, they would see, the seats would be empty, but Mr Borhary did not bother to listen any further. I would like to know if you could compensate us in any manner - and an apology from Mr B. Kind
