Promotion contradicts with Call Center response

When my partner and I saw the STARSAT, we were impressed with the R199.00 Package and Immeditely Signed Up. The Installer came at very same day and THE BEST service compared to TOPTV??
Whilst the installer installing the DISH, I went into my FNB to buy the R199.00 package... not the same price as advertised is NOW R279.00... so called the Customer line, Goodwill insisted that the R279.00 is the correct price till next year. I tried a gozillion time that it doesn't say next year apart from the New programmes for next year. The Argument heated as he refused to give his name and his supervisor's name.
When time to activate the account, it took a long period to Q&A then the Smart Card was not able to pick up and Ngazuma?? mentioned that she will call me after she rectify the issu with IT, 45 minutes later I called (No Names was asked) but was advised that the IT is looking into it. Then I called again at 1930?? spoke to Anneke, again I was put on hold the same Q&A and was told that she will expedite the issue but I will only be able to get an aswer why they could not activate my account. I told her that the secong call I made I was advised that the call center works 24/7, NO til 8
