BAD attitude and incompetency.(she laughed at me)

Bad attitude by a Miss Dube a team leader, I payed my account and on my statement it shows it was reversed days later after paying in cash, so I called multichoice and they said i must go and query it with Shoprite where i payed, I got there only to discover they are unable to reverse any payment by customers so the Supervisor at Shoprite called Multichoice in my presence to query this, spoke to Lesego Modise who couldn't figure out what happened and as she was about to escalate to accounts via email I asked to be copied on the email she was sending to accounts so she said she'll need a permission from her team leader Miss Dube, who suddenly spoke to me like i was lying and asked me a lot of questions and in between one of my replies to her questions she laughs at me needless to say I lost it big time, and she said i must fax proof of payment, for what cause on their system and on my statement my payments reflects. But the Attitude and customer service by this lady was awful and i must say I was very angry and hurt by the way she handled my query and I hope her managers listen to my call as i believe calls are recorded and ask themselves if that's good customer service.
