I have an account with dstv, my services were suspended because there was a amount due that I was not aware of because I did not receive statements. I called in to know what was the amount that needs to be paid and at the 1st call, false information was given. After speaking to 4ppl on different occassions, I was to and given wrong information. The decoder was reactivated on 15 nov and I was not told about R50 reconection fee, it was disconected again on. 16, 17, 18 Nov, when I called 20 Nov Pendile assured me that the reconnection fee of r100 was going to be reversed. On 21 I had to call in again since the dish was disconnected again only to find out that the R100 cannot be reversed. I don't think I'm responsible for this amount because the staff don't know what they are doing. They expect me to pay that R100 when it was not my fault. When I called in on 21 to speak to a manager Khanyile he told me that Pendile was not concerntrating in work. That's not how you deal with customers. I also work in a customer enviroment and what they doing is UNCALLED for and UNACCEPTABLE.I would not recommend DSTV services to any of my friends & families. They messed up so they must pay 1mnth subcription free.
