Subscription has Cancelled & I have a Debit orde

I have Easy View Package Subscription on my Decoders. I have called to Upgrade my Package for a day with is an additional R20. As far as I am aware I have a Debit Order going out for this and knew I will be debited on the 1st of the next month as I have done this before and was debited the next month. Now I am disconnected and have to pay a re-connection fee. I want a Manager from DSTV to give me a call as this is NOT ON!!!
