30min for a box of popcorn and then power failure

A friend and I decided to go to Sandton for the 20:00 showing of Thor on Wednesday 13th. We booked our tickets online and arrived promptly 30min before and so the madness began. There were long queues for popcorn, with only three staff serving and we had a 40min wait to get a box of popcorn. When complaining I was told, everybody was out as it was a Christmas dinner, no managers, no staff and no apologies. We finally get into the movie ..Late... Only for the power to go off ten minutes later... so there we all sit like waiting for somebody to tell us what's happening... oh wait no managers or staff. Finally some poor patron comes back and tells us the power is out, the generators did not kick in and refunds will be processed outside. So after an hour, no movie and we walk outside to be greeted to a 50min queue to get a refund. It is completely unacceptable that this is the level of service delivery for this company. Be honest and shut down for the night instead of charging full price, making people wait, not delivering on basic services..or enough staff to serve, and then think I am going to wait for a refund... so let's see if you respond or do I have to wait again...?
