2. phoned a few times did not make a note of dates
3. 8 Oct phoned 014 557 4478 spoke to Patrick? Patrea? he said it would be paid on 31 Oct
4. 7 November he said it was due to be paid that day.
5.13 November left message
6.14 November still not paid on two units left message.
7. Loan refund due back for timeshare units 12179 and 13373
