Long wait for service

I was at the movies last night to see the movie, Despicable Me 2 in 3D at Parow Centre. I won a free popcorn with one of the competitions there. They were so short staffed there. I had to wait for 45min to just get my popcorn. I was very unhappy about it because my movie was about to start.
