CANNOT CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION!!!

My name is RIta Hattingh and I have been trying to cancel this subscription for month without success. Each time I waste my money on phone calls and Im told that I cannot cancel as I have not been a member for a year yet. What nonsense is that??? I have been paying for this for more than a year! Despite this I have told them that I am willing to pay the cancellation fee just to get rid of this but even that doesnt happen. Every month my account is debited with different amounts so that I cannot stop the debit order. THIS IS CALLED!!! It then costs me R70 a month to get this money debit reversed! I am tired of dealing with your incompetent staff and Im tired of being robbed. I have contacted my legal adviser and you will be recieving a legal letter soon. You will also have to fit my expenses surrounding this and compensate me for my losses. NEVER have I dealt with such a service. You people take the cake. Now I will take you to the cleaners. I WANT THIS SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND CONFIRMATION IN WRITING!!!
