My mnet decoder died on me Monday 11th Nov. I had to go to offices in Randburg to have device checked out and replaced/repaired. I was directed to counter 38 where a young lady by the name of Gugu assisted me. She did not argue that I wanted Pretoria as well as Johannesburg tuned in, she just did it, she also told me that when I got home all I had to do was plug device in and go to channel on my TV and it would work. She said she would call me to ascertain that all was good. Needless to say I was very doubtful, as I have always had to throw my toys, threaten etc. Well I got home plugged in and eureka it worked. I no not know whether Mnet has now after all these years trained their staff correctly, or whether it is just one young girl that takes her job seriously and did everything correctly. Either way well done Gugu, first person ever at Mnet that has not made me drive all the way back and throw my toys, you can be proud of the way you handled the situation. Get more like this young lady to service your clients and you will have more compliments than complaints.
