DTSV double charged me for a yea

I subscribed for the Extra view service on DSTV and they made an error on my account and started billing me twice every month for a year. When I picked up on it I spoke to a few consultants from Multichoice and they indicated that my account would be credited but 8 months later and I've found out that they had no intention of crediting me in the first place. Essentially they have nearly R7000 from me and are telling me that it's my fault that I didn't pick up sooner that they were double billing me. I would much prefer to subscribe to an honest service from now on and bid a farewell to a corrupt Multichoice organisation.
