My account was double debite which was all in order as I was going to cancel my account and did not pay for one month. I called in on the 23 October 2013 to cancell the service and have refund journelled back to my account. I was told that the account would be credited to the account with 14 days then 7 days. Now i call in today and I am told I have to wait another 14days for MY MONEY TO BE PLACE BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. THIS UNACCEPTABLE. I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT AN ENTIRE MONTH TO GET MY MONEY AS I DONT HAVE DSTV AND WHY DONT I HAVE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT THAT BELONDS TO ME. PLEASE CALL ME DONT EMAIL ME.
