Bad Service? Cannot get hold of anyone

My son went all the way to The Zone, Rosebank last night to book at Cinema Prestige, The Zone Rosebank. He wanted to surprise his girlfriend. He booked two tickets (lovers seats) for Thor with Nonkululeko Nkosi and distinctly told her for tonight at 21:00, 2 seats for Thor, 3D. He left in a hurry and looked at the tickets earlier today and found that she booked for this morning at 09:00. He works and the girlfriend is at University. The ref.no. is 3393198. I called info and got the number 082 16789. U cannot dial it from a landline, its continuously engaged. When you dial from your cell you hold on forever. Eventually when I got through to Eddie, he gave me the manager on duty's no. 0789874197 which is off - can you believe it. I then called back and spoke to Jay Jay who gave me exactly the same number, said that there is no landline or office at the movies at the Zone, weird hey!!! I advised that he must call the number to see if he can get hold of the manager, obviously same issue, the phone is off. He then took my details and said that the manager on duty will call me back immediately. It is now 45 minutes later and still no call. I desperately need to sort this out!
