Prestige Cinema not so prestige

I booked seats A1 and A2 for the 16:45 viewing of PARKER at the Prestige Cinema in Rosebank - The Zone. When we wanted to order a platter of food, we were told that there was none available. The experience only got worse when we found that the reclining mechanism of seat A1 was broken.

At the ticket prices and the marketing around this special experience, we were left rather disappointed. I think it's to fair to say that Ster Kinekor should spend more time doing maintenance to ensure they can deliver a truly prestigious experience.
