Multichoice failed to debit my account

I called multichoice to on the 27th of October to activate the debit payment on my DSTV account. i was shocked to find out that my request had not been processed after so long. i got to call multichoice on the 07th of November only to be explained a very much long version of why the debit never went through. i called their self service line and their recorded programed voice said i will only be paying the R625 on the 05th of December. now i have to go back to paying as i can not get the whole of multichoice simply failing to process my debit. i am so disgusted and disappointed by the service i got thus far! my call reference is 144645428. i now cancelled the debit as there is no reason for their vague and graphical adverts advising to pay with debits. we go for it and i am now worried about their adverts versus their staff's passion for their salaries, making clients look like bad on their clientele. i need answers. i need explanations. i need someone to take a blame for all this rubbish and when the service cuts tomorrow morning.
