No Service Centres

Iam not happy with this service i can take my PVR back for a full refund. I can record but when i check on the PLAYLIST there is nothing recorded but it showed i recorded. What is the use of having this if i cant use that feature. I called the CALL CENTRE USELESS, I went through the booklet nothing to help me. I then called again cause i was told to take it to a service centre. Well i stay in westbury and what a mess no centre near to me. Closest as per call centre agent Princess Crossing, Mondear. Why dont u have one in Cresta, Campus Sqaure or Jhb CBD.How am i going to get this fix i must go so far for help like NO WAY .if no help get me a REFUND on this PVR of urs
