Chose multichoice as beneficiary by mistake when paying municipal account of R1780 - had not deleted it yet - problem is it uses smart card number as reference instead of customer number - phoned and after a very long wait was told i could not be helped - had to email payments dept - did so got an automated response and case number - 10 days later no response as promised - emailed again - another case number and empty promise!! how long does it take to check deposits on a date and rectify??? if you owed them a cent however they would be on your back constantly
