Service incorrectly suspended

I paid my subscription fee as normal on the 1st of the month via Shoprite. On the 4th of November my service was susspended due to non payment. I contacted the call centre to enquire about this and they mentioned that the payment doesnt reflect and I should send them the proof of payment which I did. Later the day on the 5th of November I tried to contact them to find out why they havent connected my service, was left hanging on the phone form 15minutes on three attempts. I eventually went to my local Multichoice agents in Polokwane where they said if I give them a copy of my proof of payment they will reconnect me, today is the 6th of November, I am still not connected, even after a email that I send, still cant get through to them. Now I have been without dstv for 48hours, not my fault, nobody cares, nobody willing to help.
