Suspended services for acc that is paid

Multichoice suspended my dstv services claiming that they havent received any payment in the month of november whilst I made payment on 22nov via EFT, i sent them proof of payment as they requsted, the services were turned off saturday n I sent proof on sunday which was my bank acc statement that reflects the payment, i got no response, i sent another one with detailed transaction history of my dstv acc, which I retracted from my bank acc beneficiary details, i got no response, i contacted them on their tweeter handle, they said they still cant see any payment that went through on this account, and that my bank statement wasnt detailed enough and the ref no on the transaction history I sent was too long, i kept asking questions and telling them I needed to talk to someone on the phone as there wasnt anyone picking up their call centre lines, they told me they dont have access to some of the things and that I should wait for their team to contact me, by this time its been 3days since they turned off my services and I still dont know whats goin on, after ive been tweeting them about why im not getting help and they just sent a tweet that theyve reconnected services, what abt the 3days they took!?!
