I was promised on the 1st November 2013 that my problem would be escalated to a relevant department and that somebody would contact me. Up to date I have not received any feedback from who ever were supposed to contact me. This problem is going on since the 26th October 2013. At the end of the month they expect me to pay for a service which I could not make use of.
