I operate eight DSTV decoders in three different locations, the following are my outstanding problems:

1. After installing several EXTRAVIEW decoders my account increased instead of decreasing.
2. I am no longer allowed to switch the decoders on / off on line via the website -- that service has been discontinued. This has to be done via e mail, but no report back happens. The decoder in Umtentweni Kwa Zulu Natal is still connected since September, I have asked for it to be disconnected -- no reply.
3. All e mail contact is a computer generated reply with a promise to contact me which never happens.
4.Once someone by the name of Kim called me, she was from customer support, and was totally unable to help, promised to escalate the complaint to senior management -- no reply.
5. The best was when after installing a new extraview I was informed only one per person, so my son was brought in, and now I am paying his personal account as well?
6. Another irksome situation is the re runs of decades old programs ie Who wants to be a millionaire, and Chips.
