I made a reservation with Biembie for some of their play equipment for an event, and paid a deposit. After some time it became clear that I would have to cancel the reservation. I was really impressed to be promptly refunded my full deposit without any quibble. Such fair dealing with customers is sadly rare. Although they made no immediate profit out of our recent interaction, their great attitude to customer relations has meant that they have gained a loyal future customer, who will recommend them unreservedly to others based upon the good experience to date. Very happy customer.
