Have'nt recieved my Shopping Vouche

On The 23rd of September i was contacted by Gugu Sibeko from MNET advising me that i've won a Gateway shopping voucher to the value of R10 000.I was over the moon! Further to that i had to contact Avisha Singh on [Email Removed] in Gateway so i may claim my voucher. I filled everything required she advised me that the voucher will be trasferd to Rosebank the zone as i am based in JHB, I agreed. On the 16th of October i again sent both Gugu and Avisha e-mails expressing my disappointment as none of them called to explain why there is such a delay.avisha responded by explaining that it is a long process to transfer funds but she will keep me posted... Guess what!! Until today no one has something concrete to say to me. can it really take such a long time to transfer funds?? seriously... what bothers me the most is no one is even concerned... i'm the one that keeps on contacting them, but they don't get back to be as promised. I'm really disappointed with the Service. MNET i was really excited when i heard the news of my winnings but now i'm starting to have doubt in all this... please please have this escalated and sorted out as soon as possible.
