Last month I advised DSTV 2 debit my annual premium a month before my due date, for some odd reason I was advised that their systems is unable to do so... 2day I call to set up a debit order for the 29th Nov on my annual premium, again their systems are unable to perform such a request...!!! I can't believe this... I've withdrawn funds from my 32
Day notice account and this will be available on the 29th Nov. What is also disturbing is that your consultant justified this by saying your system only allows debit orders for the 1st - 28th because of the month of Feb,??? Are you guys stupid, does every month end on the 28??? How can you guys come up with PVR technology and now the Explorer but you can't debit my account on the 29th Nov, I really thought DSTV is among the most innovative companies in Africa and that your debit order payment option would add convinience to my life but man oh man have I been wrong... I can't even help my kids with their homework now because I'm so upset now. This reminds me of the last annual payment, a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience, I can't believe I'm feeling like this and I'm still going to give DSTV my money, ja ne, CAN'T DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON THE 29th Nov!!!
