On 4 May 2013 at 10:40am I sent an email to change ownership of a few decoders I have purchased for my guesthouse and to activate one decoder on my current corporate account. I know that the estimated turaround for commercial enquiries is about 3 days. I have been trying to get hold of someone at the commercial call centre for the last two days using 011 289 2289 to confirm if they have received my email and get an ETA of when it will be actioned. I have been "in the queue" for over half an hour this morning, running up my telephone bill because no-one is answering telephone calls. Surely the commercial client call centres should have a few more people working there seeing as though we pay such huge subscriptions every month. PLEASE COULD SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME URGENTLY! This is having an effect on my business as my guests cannot watch my advertised satellite channels.
