3 weeks and still no solution!

I am a DSTV customer and am appalled at the bad service i have recieved from the day my dish was installed my decoder has not been working correctly the service freezes or there are breaks in transmition which is highly annoying since i am expected to pay my monthly subsription while the service does not work properly 99% of the time, i have called in and been instructed to switch off/ unplug/remove card etc I have done all of this and it does not work!!! I WANT THIS RESOLVED whats bad customer service.

send out and installer to move my dish and fix my problem as i am a paying custome
