Highly disappointed with the new explorer and the call center. It took three different technical calls to get channels activated so i could just watch tv. Then i rented a box office movie and got no picture or sound.
the best didn't get better. It got bigger, launched with technical difficulties and untrained staff, for R2499 plus extremely long service calls and one out of two calls resolved.
