No answer at call centre during open houers

After 30 minutes holding the line, still no answer at call centre.
The only reason consumers are paying their inflated subscriptions, is because we have no choice.
Endless repeats. And now I cannot even watch the repeats because of non-stop decoder problems.
No way to get help because no answer at call centre. Seriously! Is this possible? Are you having me on?
