Movie went off

Good day,

After looking forward to watching Thor for quite some time, I eventually got to Greenstone today to watch it with my husband and two friends at 14h30. The picture went off in the middle of the movie during the main fight scene and after about five minutes someone came in to inform us that they were having technical difficulties. After some time the picture came back on but was blurry with or without the 3D glasses and the main scene was finished. When the movie ended no-one came in to explain what the procedure going forward would be nor did anyone offer us another chance to watch the movie. I only go to movies once every few months, so this was a complete disappointment for all of us.
