More poor service from Top tv/Star sat

I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer by any company in my life. Besides the removal of channels, the addition of ridiculously sub standard channels we now have to contend with movie and other channels that are unwatchable because the picture and sound jitters. Its like the sound and picture cut out every few seconds then come back, making it impossible to watch anything on that channel. This has been going on for weeks now. And i still have to pay the same amount to them. I have well and truly had it now i am complaining to you not because i want it resolved i know that is impossible even after some employee calls me (as they do when i complain here) it resolves nothing. I get an apology the call ends am i am right back where i started. I complain so that people who read this will avoid joining Top tv or Star sat as it is now know as, they are truly the worst company anyone could ever deal with. absolutely pathetic. To you the employee that is going to call me i feel sorry for you to as if this is how they treat a paying customer i can only imagine how they treat you.
