Why is DSTV online so pathetic!?

I've tried from different computers and different connections and the DSTV Online is horrible, I've uninstalled the software, re-installed the software. I've tried at different times and even late a night. I've tried with different Internet service providers and the service is just pathetic!? Checked with friends they're having the same problems.

It can't download a pathetic 60meg file, it keeps stuttering or just corrupts like 11% in. It can't stream, it doesn't give you an option to buffer the videos (great choice multichoice) however youtube works 100% I can download files from other sites fine.

Don't provide a service if it doesn't work!? Thanks for wasting hours of my time I'm really disappointed I thought with all the money you make you could at least provide a decent service.
