Horrendous customer service

I was at Sun City over the weekend and could not believe the state of its facilities and the level of service received. We ordered drinks at the pool bar at the Cascades and were told that they did not have mint, so I could not enjoy a Moito, there was no bubblegum milkshakes which left my child unhappy. The service received at the bar was even worse as none of the barman seemed to know what they were doing or suppose to do. Squires was just as disastrous Saturday afternoon, as they also did not have enough stock for the weekend. The staff at the Sun City hotel pool, are to say the least, useless and was the short time we spent at the pool, an absolute frustration. I did not think our experience could have gotten worse until we checked out Sunday morning and WOW, it did. Your front desk staff at the Sun City Hotel were rude, unprofessional and lacked basic training. I can not believe that Sun City has to this day not realised that people drink cold water in the heat and could not believe that I was unable to find a cold bottle of water. Sun City, the management and staff are making us South Africans look bad in the international market. and should close up shop while u r ahead.
