I disconnected my services 902/10/2013) with DSTV/MULTICHOICE and requested a refund of money already paid and up till now I havent been refunded. Sent e-mail and noone has bothered to respond. Also went on the website and registered a query and still nothing. This is bad service at its worst. Can anyone from Multichoice tell me what the is going on?
