I have paid my DSTV Account on the 2nd of Oct, and since December 2012 they keep on allocating my payments to my Box Office Account whilst I've been using the same Absa pre-approved beneficiary for years!! Every single month I send my proof of payment to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and remind them not to allocate to my Box Office Account - NO success. It costed me 4 phone calls and R275 in airtime to reconnect my services tonight. Their SMS system and Self Help Service on [URL Removed] is a waste of time, their people are incompetent and I'm sure they are getting kickbacks from telephone companies putting you on hold for so long! I wish for a competitor because they are useless.
