On Wednesday 09/10/2013, I paid my dstv account. As I'm lacking any info on how to pay for box office movies, I paid an additional R100 over in my account. My son corrected me after the money failed to show on my box office account. And he lectured me on how to do this the right way. I then phoned DSTV and spoken to a consultant. As I don't know my id out of my head, i just asked her what to do and she said i can phone in again giving my details and account nr or id and they will be able to assist me. No problem!!! When I got home after work, I phoned in... Holding on for 36 min before speaking to one of the people that I would never in my life Employ!!! Augistene!!! He was very irritated and told me blatantly over the phone that I and never phoned in earlier the day... He said and I quote him: LISTEN TO ME! You should ask before you do such things... I CANT HELP YOU. in a very irritated voice... and the phone went dead? i wasted my time and money to phone in... I do understand the issue on hand, but really guys??? Not even a small effort to transfer the R100 extra i paid into my box office account??? and the irate personnel... I'm getting sick of this now!
