Misleading information on ticket exchange

We purchased two tickets to see Dave Matthews Band on a Saturday at Grand West Casino. When tickets were released on the Sunday, we called in to find out if we can switch the tickets. We were told it was no problem and that we just had to buy the new tickets and would be refunded for the old ones. At no point was it mentioned that tis would not be a full refund.

When we received the refund, it was short R100. We have been forced to call in multiple times and email multiple times to complain. Not only have we not received our R100, we have never received a follow up response without chasing this company.

The customer service is sub-par and we will hesitate before using this company again.
