No refund, 4 months late

I bought two general admission tickets for Bon Jovi from Big Concerts in October. I then decided that I would rather have Golden Circle tickets, bought the tickets, and asked them for a refund on the general standing tickets. They ensured me that the tickets would be cancelled and refunded within 7 - 10 working days. It is now March and I am still waiting for a refund for those tickets, after numerous emails and complaints. This is!
