Failing to activate a/c / smartcard not authorised

On 09/10/2013 I bought a prepaid variety package and activated it I received no confirmation sms and no signal. But the vaucher indicates that its already activated and my tv displays that my smart card is not authorised. (6) I have called the call centre and there is no response.
