Top tv off for a week

I am trying to get hold of top tv now for a week, no one is answering the call centre, spend more money on top tv phone calls than a months full pakage pricing, I mean this is really petetic service, my top tv just says for the last week, top tv block (4), why isn't anybody picking up the phones, please can anybody help me, I have never had so much bad service than top tv, most of the cancels is cancelled, day by day, and now its off, I paid my toptv, why give me so much bad service.
