I bought a ticket last night at Hyde Park Mall. I was the last customer and then they closed at 6pm, 45 min later I got an email to say I won 2 tickets so I called computicket twice last night and once this morning to ask for a refund and the phone just rang with no voice mail system. The 4th phone call today I spoke to the manager Lee Ann & explained very nicely but she was very defensive & rude. She kept trying to blame me for not rushing off to another branch that closes at 8pm and insisted I was lying about phoning them. I tried getting Vodacom to send my records to me which was not possible if the phone only rang and no one answered as they say. When I checked the times on the website the branches close to me closed already at 7, not 8? I offered to bring my phone to her offices to prove I was not lying. She asked me to email her all the proof and I still dont have a response to my email. How am I supposed to know when their branches close and that 15 hours after I bought the ticket I wont be able to cancel? I cant believe so many event organisers use these after seeing all the 156 complaints on this site! They are unreasonable, unprofessional, rude and money hungry!
