Rude to Quering Custome

I want to place a formal complaint regarding a phone call I made to enquire about ticket purchases for the KZN Body Building comp. taking place at the Play House DBN on the 17th August.

I called in, spoke with one of your staff in the attempt to find out about the purchase of these above mentioned tickets. My query was simply to find out if we also had the option of buying them at the door on the day. The response was that you can not buy them at the door and they can only be bought through computicket. I admittedly said that was nonsense as we have been able to purchase tickets at the door before... the person/ individual I was talking to very abruptly said EXCUSE ME, so i repeated myself, please note my tone used first time around & second time around was neither rude or aggressive. HOWEVER, before i could explain my reasoning, the computicket staff member slammed the phone down on me. My query/explanation to the staff member was simply going to be... what if you have walk in's etc... people who can only arrange baby sitters at a later stage, and in some cases on the same day as the event, is there no way they can purchase a ticket?
