A ticket was purchased from Computicket in Checkers at Canal Walk, for the WWE show in Cape town on the 30th July for the show on the 31st July.
When I arrived at the event I handed the Computicket envelop to the usher and was told that my ticket was for the previous day (30th July). I was then introduced to the manager of the event of Computicket. He said that there was nothing he can do and I will have to purchase another ticket for the show. I was embarrassed so I then left the venue and went straight to Checkers in Canal Walk to complain. The Manager said that Computicket was closed and that there was nothing that could be done and she would have to check the footage. The cashier who assisted me on the 30th July, did not confirm any time, date before printing the ticket. She only asked me to choose a seat then she printed the ticket and put it straight into the Computicket envelop. The manager said that she will have to get back to us on Friday, when the cashier will be back at work.

I faced:
1- embarrassment at the event
2- ruining of my evening and a loss of time
3- petrol being used unnecessarily back and forth to Canal Walk.

I demand to be compensated.
