I have now set up my account, a new account, my dish was installed and i was expecting to be able to view my service i have paid for, only to find my smarcard and decoder have not been paired. What did the call centre guy do yesterday? I have tried phoning the call centre today but it seems no one came to work today. So i am still left in the dark. Whats the use of paying for the full package when i am left watching channel 100? After half an hour of holding i decided that its a waste of time and money.
