ACCOUNTS DEPT USELESS AND CALL CENTRE NO ANSWER

Halo!!! IS ANYONE THERE??? Do you answer your phones or do we just call the call center number for love and charity to sit on the line for hours without response or answer. Or are you playing in the office over there? Your service stinks and you have no sense of customer service. That stupid voice prompt of high call volumes after 4 minutes on the line is utter nonsense.

I NEED THE SUSPENDED SERVICE TO BE ACTIVATED, THANK YOU, PAYMENT WAS DONE AND PROOF OF PAYMENT WAS SENT THROUGH YESTERDAY.
