As a follow on from my former complaint. Dstv admitted their mistake and agreed to reverse all charges. I was promised that my account would again be in credit until my next annual subscription became due. Lesego assured me that this would happen. My service has now been terminated because apparently I owe them money again. Not only do I supposedly owe them subscription charges, I now owe the a reconnection fee as well. MULTICHOICE, PLEASE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT, YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY. I no longer want anything to do with DSTV, please cancel my subscription, pay me back the remainder of my annual subscription and send me an e-mail confirming that I do not owe you a cent. I also feel I am owed a huge apology for all the time and energy I have wasted on someone elses mistake.
