I received a message from my decoder that I should pay R919 I was confused as I paid R521 early in the month after being disconnected. The I called their call center and spoke to Nhlanhla Khoza who told me that it was a journal for August 2011 which was processed and he does not know why it was only processed now, asked for a way forward to avoid being disconnected again and he spoke to his supervisor and came back to me on the fone and told me that they won't assist me and that its my responsibility to make sure my account is paid. That alone got me off as at that time I was staff of MCA and they deducted from my salary! Why would he tell me about responsibility??? Is that how customers are robbed to make money??? Since I worked there till January 2012 why then did they wait all this time to only try to get their money now in year 2013??? What's up with that??? I will not pay this money and I will only pay what is due not R919 what kind of scheme is this? Why claim to be the best company and then tell me this from 2011 to 2013. Even the very same department that deals with such account told me about being responsible! How about them being responsible process on time
