PEACE OF MIND FUNERAL POLICY UNPAID

Policy was taken in January 1997. Family were not posting money into our club account and I then decided to take the responsibility to pay coming direct from my account. My sister and her mother-in-law claims were effectively and efficiently paid into my account. My brother was burried on 08th June 2013. I processed the claim providing all documentation. I refused to provide the expense receipt indicating that it was not part of the policy and I have even spent more than what I will be receiving. I was again asked to make an affidavit why the deceased ID number differes from their information. I responded that original documents had the correct ID and the typographical error is from their staff. I futher indicated that there was a time when unknown member was included on this policy - but was ractified after I complained. I cannot be responsible for their inefficiency and that they must use my original documents that I submitted. Every month they take money from my account and statements were sent to deposit that money into this account. We are already in end August and whenever I call I am told they are still investigating. I need closure not more frustration.
