Gidani / Lotto frustrates & angers players

Gidani as the Lotto operator is due to be replaced due to termination of contract.
Is it possible that they are trying to avoid payouts by making the automatic ticket verification (when checking for winnings), inoperable? Meaning that the store assistants must verify tickets by punching in your (often many) number selections manually. this is VERY time consuming and inconvenient both to the store and Lotto customers who have paid money in good faith. Most customers just give up!
The situation has existed for 7 weeks (possibly more).
