Terrible customer service from telle

At the movies with 3 friends on Sunday 22 September, we experienced the most disgraceful customer service from one of the tellers. There were 2 queues upstairs. 2 tellers open on either end. Teller 11 was to the right (same side that we were queued) and had a sign saying cash only. When we approached her till point she point blank refused to serve us (despite the fact that there were NO customers behind us at her till point), saying that she was only serving customers to the left. She was rude, arrogant and completely unhelpful. I expect far better service from somebody in a customer facing job like this. Her attitude was appalling and she did not even make eye contact when she brushed us off. Ster-Kinekor should really invest more time in training staff on basic etiquette, common courtesy and customer satisfaction. Needless to say we did not support your concession stand after this. I think I would be better off frequenting the New Metro at The Pavilion (despite the fact that it is far out of my way) - at least their staff still practice service with a smile.
